Returns/Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds can be given.
  • Exchanges:  Exchanges are only for unopened/unused products. Contact us at info@luxurytanning.ca within 7 days of confirmed delivery, to process your exchange. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
  • For damaged/defective items: Contact us at info@luxurytanning.ca within 48 hours (no exceptions) of confirmed delivery. Pictures of damaged or defective items will be required before a replacement is sent. Return shipping of damaged or defective items may be required. 

  • Clearance items or Black Friday orders are final sale.

 

  • If you opened or used your product, it is not eligible for return. Most of our products are considered "cosmetics" (ie. gels, glitters, chromes, and flakes). For safety and health reasons, any cosmetic product that is returned to us for any reason is never restocked.
